Intermark Steel fabricated the embeds, grating, and approximately 6 miles of trench plates for Micron’s ambitious expansion. This project was part of Micron’s long-term plan to significantly increase DRAM production. The facility featured a 600,000 sq. ft. cleanroom—the largest in the United States—and created 17,000 jobs, including 2,000 directly with Micron. This expansion was a major milestone in U.S. manufacturing and technology, and Intermark was proud to have contributed to its success.
