Highmark Steel, Intermark Steel’s sister company, successfully completed its first steel erection project: a 1,200-ton, 6-story structure. Intermark fabricated select structural sequences, with the majority of the work handled by Boman Kemp. A standout feature of the project was the lobby stair, designed with a rustic modern aesthetic using blackened steel, which has become increasingly popular. Since completing this project, Intermark has honed its expertise in applying blackening agents, delivering refined finishes for architectural steelwork.
